Active Aging Week 2021: October 4-10We're Celebrating Life at 50+

Join us at the Y October 4-10 for Active Aging Week, the International Council on Active Aging's annual event promoting health and wellness to adults ages 50 and older. 

The YMCA will be free and open to adults ages 50+ all week, with workshops, classes and seminars each day highlighting our programming and activities.

We're excited to celebrate our 18th annual Day at the Bay event during active aging week! This annual event brings together the Y’s Active Adult senior community to participate in physical and social activities to enhance the spirit, mind and body.

Active Aging Week Schedule
