We're Celebrating Life at 50+

Join us at the Y September 30–October 6 for Active Aging Week, the International Council on Active Aging's annual event promoting health and wellness to adults ages 50 and older. Active Aging Week celebrates healthy lifestyles and the positive aspects of aging. We invite adults 50 and older to explore our Y Active Adult programming at our 14 locations across the county.

MY Y STORY 

THE CLINES

 

I have been told many times by the doctors and medical staff that I saved Steve’s life and his brain function in those minutes that I administered CPR. I have been called a hero. I don't know if I am a hero. What I do know is that I was able to save my husband’s life because I was strong physically from coming regularly to strength and barbell classes at the YMCA. — Annette Cline
