21st Annual YMCA Active Adults Day at the Bay • Wednesday, October 2, 9:00am–3:00pm
The YMCA of San Diego County is proud to celebrate Active Aging Week with a Day at the Bay. This annual event is back to bring together the Y’s Active Adult senior community to participate in physical and social activities to enhance the spirit, mind and body.
Join us for lunch and activities including:
- Kayaking
- Paddleboarding
- Exercise classes
- Sailing
- Lawn games
- Bay walks
- Chances to meet new friends

Pricing:
Fee: $37/nonmembers (Save up to 25% with select Y memberships) | Price includes lunch and all activities.
Parking at Mission Bay Aquatic Center fills up quickly —we suggest carpooling if available! You may utilize your nearest YMCA's parking lot if carpooling.
