Personal Training

We know having a consistent workout plan can be challenging sometimes, but you don’t have to do it alone. Our personal trainers can help you set realistic and attainable goals, form good habits, keep you accountable and encourage you to find joy in exercise. Personal training sessions are available in private, partner or small-group settings.

Small Groups, Great ResultsTeam Training

Work out with a friend or meet new people and accountability partners! Team training is the best of personal training and group exercise, with smaller groups and a supportive environment to keep you on track. Specialized team training programs focus on a range of wellness goals and concentrations: specific fitness goals (cardio, strength, etc.), an apparatus, athletic training and more.

AQUALOGIX

The AquaLogix Fitness System uses high intensity interval training along with patented, drag-resistant training equipment. If you are looking to increase your strength and endurance while staying cool in the pool, this is the class for you!

MEDITATION

Learn how to replace stress and anxiety with calm, peace and balance. Meditation changes the way your body and mind work, helping to control breath, tension, thoughts and emotional responses.

TRANFORMATION CHALLENGE

Looking for a great way to get back in shape? Over four weeks, our coaches will help you get stronger, improve your health and well-being and become the best version of yourself! This program incorporates all aspects of fitness including cardio, strength and nutritional support.

BOXING

Build power and strength! Learn proper boxing technique including footwork, combinations, dips, slips and blocking while getting a great cardio workout. All levels welcome and no experience required.

TEEN

A fun, total-body workout that will challenge teenagers of all ages and fitness levels. Perfect for teens who want to improve their athletic performance or those who just want to be more agile. All team members will learn the appropriate techniques of exercising.

SYNERGY

Workouts will include high-intensity fat-burning, calorie-burning cardio bursts while rotating through a series of exercise stations.

TRX

TRX is a total-body workout that activates all your muscles at once to build strength, flexibility and endurance simultaneously. The TRX® Suspension Trainer is a workout system that uses gravity and your own body weight to perform hundreds of exercises.

TRANFORM

A high-intesnsity, total-body workout that burns calories. Flow through a variety of exercises to sculpt and tone the body!

AQUA STRONG

Aqua Strong is a low-impact workout in the pool that exercises your whole body. Taught by a certified personal trainer, this program is an ideal way to develop agility, balance, strength and endurance. If this is your first time in class, please plan to purchase course materials for $45.

BELLY DANCING
