YMCA Program Offerings
Stroller Strides is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with young kids. Each workout consists of strength training, cardio and core restoration while providing entertainment for the little ones with songs, activities and fun! You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized. This class is all about self-care in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Body Boost is the perfect workout for mom’s mental and physical health, combining cardio, strength, core and meditation. This results-based, high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class is designed to challenge, empower and energize, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged for motherhood and all that comes with it.
