Cardio Classes

Get your heart rate up and burn some calories in our circuit training and cardio classes that feature HIIT, ZUMBA and other interval-style workouts.

  • Low impact water exercise in shallow water, non-swimmers welcome.

  • Aqua Interval

  • A tough workout that utilizes intervals and high intensity activity.

  • Aqua Zumba

  • Water resistance with a Zumba philosophy offers a low-impact, high-energy aquatic pool party.

  • BODYCOMBAT

  • A choreographed, noncontact martial arts-inspired workout from Les Mills, with moves from karate, tae kwon do, boxing, Muay Thai, capoeira and kung fu. Develop coordination and release stress with this workout that targets every muscle group, with moves that can be adjusted to your level of experience.

  • Boxing

  • Non-competitive boxing techniques using heavy bags. Boxing gloves and hand wraps required.

  • Cardio Kickboxing

  • Non-contact, high intensity boxing and kickboxing movements.

  • Cardio Sculpt

  • A total body high intensity cardio and strength workout.

  • Cardio Sculpt/BOSU

  • An intense workout performed on a BOSU half ball/balance platform.

  • Cycling

  • Cardio workout to music on specially designed stationary bicycles. Workout towel required.

  • High energy dance inspired workout. No partner or special footwear required.

  • Dance! Family (ages 7-12)

  • All age appropriate high energy dance inspired workout, parent/guardian attendance required (participation encouraged!)

  • Drums Alive Golden Beats 

  • A drumming and dancing workout for the entire body that reduces stress and increases mental balance.

  • Low impact workout followed by strength and stretching exercises, may include floor work.

  • Forever Fit

  • Chair-based fitness using seated and standing exercises.

  • Fun and energetic workout using high and low impact movement.

  • Enjoy a hike on local trails with your Y team guide.

  • Kid Fit (ages 7-12)

  • 7-12 age appropriate exercises. Parent/guardian must remain in facility and sign-in is required.

  • Kid Fit/Boxing (ages 7-12)

  • 7-12 age appropriate non-competitive boxing techniques using heavy bags – gloves and hand-wraps required. Parent/guardian must remain in facility and sign-in is required (adult participation encouraged!)

  • Running Club

  • Whether your goal is to prepare for a race or just to run for exercise, this group is right for you.

  • Step

  • High energy choreographed workout that uses adjustable step. Step board optional.

  • Stroller Fit

  • Grab your little one and put them in the stroller for this fun interactive workout for parent and baby.

  • STRONG NATION

  • Combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training.

  • Tot Fit (ages 3-6)

  • 3-6 years old appropriate exercises. Parent/guardian must remain in facility and sign-in is required.

  • Instructor-led treadmill interval training workout.

  • Use only for classes with certified instructors – Y is responsible for keeping cert validAthletic hip hop dance fitness workout.

  • A unique cardio challenge that includes various walk terrains and a chance to meet new friends.

  • A modified Zumba® class with a redefining total body workout using Zumba® Toning Sticks to shake up those muscles.

  • A modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower-intensity.
