YMCA Youth & Family Services offers low-cost therapeutic counseling to support children, individuals, couples and families in the pursuit of a healthy and fulfilling life. Our Well-being Annex, with locations in Oceanside and Escondido, provides help to guide you through life’s difficulties, with an emphasis in working with families experiencing conflict and couples who need more intensive services.

Whether you are seeking counseling services to overcome a challenge, repair a relationship or improve your personal well-being, our trained mental health specialists are here to assist you. Our low-cost counseling session fees are assessed on a sliding scale, based on income. We offer discounts to YMCA members and employees.

The Well-being Annex also provides enrichment and training workshops on a variety of topics to support YMCA branches, other agencies and interested groups. Training and group topics include but are not limited to:

  • Cultural Awareness
  • Critical Thinking
  • Mental Health Diagnoses
