Peninsula Annual Gala to Send Kids to Camp

Peninsula Family YMCA's Annual Gala to Send Kids to Camp honors our amazing volunteers and supports families in our community.

Last year, our Y gave over $52,000 in camp scholarships to local families. We expect to support even more families this year.

Proceeds from this evening support camp scholarships allowing the Y to enrich lives and inspire futures all summer long.

If you are unable to attend you can take part in our sponsorship opportunities. Thank you for your support in creating memories that last a lifetime.

Event Timeline

  • 5:30-6:00 pm: Check In
  • 5:30-6:45 pm: Cocktail Hour & Silent Auction
  • 5:30-7:30 pm: Live Music by "Calling Rio"
  • 6:45-7:15 pm: Buffet Dinner 
  • 7:30-8:45 pm: Volunteer Recognition & Live Auction
  • 8:45-9:00 pm: Dessert
  • 9:00 pm: Check-Out

Sponsorship Levels

Title Sponsor - $5,000

  • Table for 8 guests at the event.
  • Named as Title Sponsor in and on all event promotion.
  • Special thank you as the “Title Sponsor” in full-color event invitation.
  • Event ad in the Peninsula Beacon/Beach and Bay Press.
  • Sponsorship recognition on the Peninsula Family YMCA Website.
  • Event promotion display on YMCA’s lobby wall.
  • Large company banner display at event.
  • Opportunity to include company information or promotional items at event to guests.
  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship level of support in event program and by event announcers throughout event.

Marketing Sponsor - $2,000

  • Table for 8 guests at the event.
  • Recognition as sponsor in full-color event invitation.
  • Sponsorship recognition on the Peninsula Family YMCA Website.
  • Event promotion display on YMCA’s lobby wall.
  • Opportunity to include company information or promotional items at event to guests.
  • Acknowledgement of sponsorship level of support in event program and by event announcers throughout event.

Table Sponsor - $1,100

  • Table for 8 guests at event.
  •  Half page ad in event program.
  • Tabletop display of your name and/or business at event.
  • Event slide show recognition

Ad Sponsor 

  • Half page ad in program and an ad on Peninsula Family YMCA website - $400
  • Quarter page ad in program and an ad on the Peninsula Family YMCA website - $250

We are unable to attend, but would like to sponsor a child

If you are unable to attend, we invite you to support our Annual Celebration by providing a scholarship to send a kid to camp.  Your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowed by the law as a 501 (c) (3) organization. Tax ID: 95-2039198.
