YMCA Christian Leadership Conference
April 6-7, 2019 at YMCA Camp Marston
For more than 40 years YMCAs across the nation have hosted Christian Leadership Conferences. Beautiful Camp Marston has been one of these host sites for more than 20 years.
During this weekend training event, workshops focus on a variety of leadership subjects to add to the spirit, mind and body of each participant. We project a Christian atmosphere without preaching a particular doctrine.
Expect a true camp and leadership experience, where you will have the opportunity to self-select into workshops and enjoy what camp has to offer.
Be inspired by other YMCA and community leaders!

The 2019 theme for CLC is Work, Play, Pray. Our esteemed keynote speaker Clark Baker will share his life and leadership lessons throughout his distinguished career as YMCA CEO.
Clark brings over 50 years of experience with him. He has raised over $500 million for YMCA programs and services throughout his career. He credits his successes to the people around him.
Clark believes in developing leaders with vision, and inspiring greatness by challenging his staff to always put their best effort into all that they do.
YMCA Camp Marston is San Diego’s oldest and best-known overnight camp, operating year-round on over 200 acres of pristine mountain land next to Lake Jessop. View the facility and accommodations.
YMCA Rags and Leathers
For more than 100 years, the YMCA Rags and Leathers program has been an effective tool in promoting one-on-one counseling and personal growth. It is designed to help people take a closer look at themselves in relationship to their own strengths and weaknesses, religious beliefs and relationships that surround them.
