- Application: All families with children in elementary and middle schools (TK-Grade 8) who want to participate in PrimeTime for the 2024-25 school year must submit an online application. This includes children already in the program and those on the wait list.
How Are Students Selected?
Under the California Department of Education (CDE) Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) grant requirements, students who meet at least one of the following criteria will be given priority registration. In the event the program reaches capacity the earliest date and time will be the tie breaker.
- Homeless/foster youth (highest priority)
