In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and California's mandate to shelter-in-place, the YMCA has partnered up with several virtual partners to bring you online workouts that are free to stream for a limited time.

To start streaming, simply visit any of our partners' websites below to claim your free access — no YMCA membership required. While some of our partners may ask for a credit card to create an account, these online workouts are absolutely free for a limited time.
Now you can take your favorite group exercise classes (for all ages) right in your own home, and for a limited time there's no charge! There are also sports classes and more for our young people, with new videos being added all the time.
