Join us on Saturday, November 4, 2023, from 4:00 to 8:30pm and help us send more kids to camp at YMCA Camp Surf. All ticket sales and donations will go directly toward providing financial assistance to campers and families, and to program and facility improvements. You will be making a difference in the lives of young people across San Diego County and beyond.

WALTER'S REEF CLASSROOM UPGRADES AND ADDITIONS

We have exciting plans for our improvements and additions to our Walter's REEF classroom! Your donations will provide great resources to help us further our educational and experiential mission. School students, families and campers in our programs utilize this classroom to learn about ocean science and conservation.

We are looking to add an augmented reality sandbox, remodel our touch tank and live animal displays and install a wave demonstration tank. In addition, funds raised at this event will be used to create a vegetable farm area and orchard by the front entrance to camp, providing fresh fruit and veggies to our dining hall and providing a great educational experience for campers and guests.

Everyone is invited to dine on great food at the beautiful McKinney Oceanfront Center and enjoy the company of Camp Surf colleagues and friends. This venue sits right on the beach with an open-beam wood ceiling, fireplace, camper karma and huge glass doors with a view of the Pacific Ocean!

This night includes:

• Live music and dancing on the McKinney Patio.
• An evening gala featuring great food and drinks (adults only).
• Opportunity drawing and silent auction featuring local restaurants, merchandise, artwork, and more.
• Live Auction fundraiser – bid on trips, tickets, and more.
• Celebrate our new members to the YMCA Camp Surf Stargazers.
