Join us at the beautiful, 45-acre, oceanfront Camp Surf as we build relationships with camp professionals on the west coast and beyond. All day and overnight camp professionals, likeminded community members and youth serving nonprofits, are welcome to join us for 3 days of learning, networking, sharing and FUN! At the end of the conference participants will be invited to join a camp cohort related to area of interest like: Inclusion, Outdoor Education, Overnight, Day, Executive Strategic Planning and more!
KEYNOTE SPEAKER
We are excited to announce we will be kicking off our time together being inspired by the voice of youth via our keynote speaker, Isabella Hanson!
At the age of 14 in 2020, Isabella Hanson was inspired to launch a national poetry competition on equality and a Juneteenth Celebration. Sponsored by Gucci, Isabella’s “I Matter” contest has grown to draw participation from 42 states and 30 countries. She is a member of her school’s track team, Model UN team and the Humanitarian Club, along with serving as an advisor for Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation. Isabella has been featured on Nickelodeon’s Kid of the Year program, as well as in Forbes Magazine and Medium.com. In 2022, Isabella won the inaugural Prudential Emerging Visionaries award, the Princeton Prize and the Diana Award.

Last summer we visited seven camps with one goal in mind: how can we work together as a greater camp community to serve kids in the best ways we know how. Through collaboration across the west coast we compiled 175 activities, programs, partnerships and more that can be adapted and implemented at your location.
