Notes on Membership Discount and Tiered Pricing

Family memberships at the YMCA of San Diego County Family include a 10% discount on all overnight camp programs.

Please note: To remain qualified for this discount, participating families must have an active membership both at the time of purchase and when the participant attends the registered week of camp.

We offer a voluntary, three-tiered pricing program based on the needs of your family.

1. Price A is the lowest cost, funded by donations to the greatest extent possible.
2. Price B is partially sponsored by contributed funds.
3. Price C represents the actual cost of camp operations, including long-term wear, tear and depreciation.

These prices are completely confidential and do not affect the quality of the experience your child receives.

Thanks to families like you who volunteer to pay the B and C prices, we've been able to make several critical improvements and repairs to our overnight camps that ensure all participating children have the best experience possible — like new housing, hot-water tank replacements, roof and flooring replacements, water-waste system improvements and more.
