A pre choreographed non-contact martial arts-inspired workout with moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu.
Regular cardiovascular exercise makes your heart stronger and more efficient at pumping blood to the organs that depend on a strong blood supply to function.
Strengthens the deep abdominal muscles and supports proper posture and alignment.
Strengthens the muscles that help keep you upright, including your legs and core. These kinds of exercises can improve stability and help prevent falls.
