Small Group Training
Our specialty fitness classes provide an opportunity to receive expert instruction in a particular discipline or topic.

Learn proper boxing techniques including footwork, combinations, dips, slips, and blocking while getting a great cardiovascular workout! Each class will consist of station work rotating from heavy bags, focus mitts and functional conditioning drills. All levels are welcome and no experience is required. This noncompetitive class does not consist of any contact sparring.
What to bring:
Come prepared with water, athletic clothes, and an attitude ready to workout! The YMCA will provide gloves, but you can also bring your own gloves. Please note: hand wraps will not be provided.
