Intro To Personal Training
Our certified personal trainers use their knowledge of current research concepts, methods of sound exercise principles, and state-of-the-art equipment to guide you to your fitness goals. Based on your health and individual needs, our personal trainers will customize and implement a program to fit your goals. No matter your fitness level, nothing can replace the support, challenge, and accountability that come with a trainer onboard your workout.

Intro to Personal Training
We all need the advice of an expert sometimes, as well as the personal attention that comes with a trainer or coach. At the Y, a supportive community is a big part of wellness. Our certified personal trainers help you set and meet your specific goals in order to live healthier. When you sign up for our Intro to Personal Training program, your Personal Trainer will get to know you, your moivations and goals. Using this data, and results from your fitness assessment, your trainer will communicate to you the frequency, intensity and duration of training required to achieve your desired goals.
