Team trainings can have different areas of focus — yoga, running, strength training, team challenge, water fitness and more. This is a perfect option for groups of 3-8 people who would like to work out on a consistent day and time with their awesome trainer!

Team Challenge is a team training program that works for any goal. Over six weeks, you'll be challenged to move more and eat more healthfully. Managing weight is just one part of the picture; we want to focus more broadly to help you be your best. Each week, you can earn points for yourself and your team by working out and practicing healthy living.
