Join Theresa Spangle, Director of Health and Wellness at Dan McKinney Family YMCA in a special four week workshop to learn the basics of Yoga. Get set up for success by learning more about various poses, the purpose for them and how to practice them. The workshop is beginner friendly or a great opportunity for veteran yogis to expand their knowledge.
Every session will be part lecture and part movement based, so come prepared to move!
