The YMCA of San Diego County offers multiple soccer programs and activities, ranging from youth or adult soccer leagues to training clinics and soccer-focused fall day camps.
With the YMCA's mission in mind, our experienced coaches and trainers encourage a healthy competitive spirit that's driven by supportive teamwork and good sportsmanship. Each player is also encouraged to achieve their own personal fitness goals while developing their soccer skills and knowledge of the game, whether they’re playing in a clinic or league.

YOUTH SOCCER
Play soccer with San Diego Wave FC! As the Y's official youth soccer technical partner, San Diego Wave FC will provide direction and guidance to our volunteer coaches, sponsor co-branded team jerseys.

YMCA recreational soccer leagues play with modified rules for each age division. While practices are geared toward strengthening your child’s individual skills, game time emphasizes each player’s understanding of the sport, game rules and team competition. Y volunteer coaches will focus on developing a sense of teamwork in a setting that encourages fun, healthy, age-appropriate competition. By the end of the season, your child will have gained a better understanding of the sport, its rules and the basic skills. YMCA youth recreational soccer leagues play with modified rules for each age division and will take place at various Ys throughout San Diego County.
