Aquatics Masters Swim

The YMCA's Masters Swim program is a structured lap swim workout designed to help avid recreational and competitive swimmers of various skill levels improve their stroke, form, ability, endurance and stamina beyond the basics provided in traditional swim lessons.

Our experienced coaches are highly motivational and encouraging, making sure each swimmer feels welcome and like they're part of the team - because while Masters Swim is a great low-impact workout for the entire body, it's also a way to meet like-minded swimmers and make new friends!

Our Masters swim program is coached by former professional triathlete Tony Richardson. Workouts are geared toward intermediate and advanced swimmers looking to improve endurance and stroke technique. Competitive and non-competitive swimmers are welcome.

Practice schedule:
6:00 - 7:00am, Monday and Wednesday
7:00  - 8:30am, Saturday
