Group Swim Lesson

Introduces new swimmers to basic water safety and swim skills focusing on water comfort, breath holding, floating and forward movement in the water. Goals for this stage include making new/apprehensive students comfortable in the water, provide safety techniques to enter, exit and exercise in the pool. This stage focuses on swim skills including front/back floating, swimming on front, swimming on back, breathing and using equipment such as a kickboard.
