This weekend is the perfect opportunity to come together and celebrate the power of self-care and wellness among women. Whether you’re a returning member or new to the YMCA\, this weekend offers something for everyone. Get ready to be inspired\, empowered\, and connected with yourself and others. Creating meaningful memories starts here! \n\nSecure Your Spot Today\n \nAREAS OF FOCUS\n\nWellness\nMindfulness\nYoga\nMeditation\nNutrition\nFriendship\n\nGUEST SPEAKER: TBA\nACTIVITIES\nRelax and renew in a fun\, supportive environment. \n\nJoin classes focusing on strength\, cardio and mind/body wellness.\nParticipate in classic camp activities like crafts\, archery\, hiking and campfires.\nEnjoy meals specifically prepared with your health and wellness in mind.\n\nLODGING\nYMCA Camp Marston offers 10 lodges that are 1700 square-foot each\, 24 beds\, 2 large bathrooms (four toilets\, four showers\, four sinks)\, forced air heat\, a community living room with wood burning stove and four bunk rooms. Guests provide their own linens\, toiletries and towels. Just bring a twin-size bottom sheet and sleeping bag/pillow for that true camping feel! \nMEALS\nAs part of Women’s Wellness Weekend\, our focus is to provide a health-based menu for the weekend.
