This event is geared towards those professionals who support Medi-Cal members\, including advocates\, providers\, Community Health Workers\, and others.  \nJoin us to:   \n\nLearn about services available to Medi-Cal members\, specifically Enhanced Care Management and Community Supports services\, and how to access them. \nHelp educate\, empower\, extend outreach efforts\, and increase community awareness. \nLearn about upcoming in-person events for Medi-Cal members to learn more about the services they are eligible for and to enroll in services on-site. \n\n					\n									WATCH RECORDING\n					 \nIn collaboration with: \n																														 \nABOUT THIS EVENT\nThe Medi-Cal Community Engagement Sessions are funded by the County of San Diego in partnership with the YMCA of San Diego County and the San Diego Wellness Collaborative. The sessions are designed to increase awareness of services available to Medi-Cal members and to support enrollment. Education will be provided to Medi-Cal members\, potentially eligible community members\, and those who serve them. \n
