20th Annual YMCA Active Adults Day at the Bay • Wednesday, October 4, 9am-3pm
The YMCA of San Diego County is proud to celebrate Active Aging Week with a Day at the Bay. This annual event is back to bring together the Y’s Active Adult senior community to participate in physical and social activities to enhance the spirit, mind and body.
Join us for lunch and activities including:
- Kayaking
- Paddleboarding
- Exercise classes
- Sailing
- Lawn games
- Bay walks
- Chances to meet new friends
- And more!
Pricing:
Members: $28, participants: $32
Price includes lunch and all activities. Use your local YMCA parking lots to meet your friends and carpool.
