WHO WE SUPPORT
Turning Point Transitional Living Program supports young people who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability, including transition-age youth and young families preparing for independent living.
What We Offer
Turning Point Transitional Living Program provides transitional housing in a safe, welcoming environment. Alongside housing, young people receive individualized support to build skills, strengthen relationships, and plan for the future. Our team takes a strengths-based approach, working alongside each participant to support their goals and next steps.
Services include:
- On-site case management and support
- Education and employment assistance
- Independent living skills development
- Relational wellness and counseling services
- Financial education and budgeting support
- Continued support as young people transition to permanent housing
