Han Sol Lee
Manager of World Service, YMCA of the USA – Global Relations and Community Engagement
Han Lee is a global leader who has been a part of the YMCA movement since his time as an intern during college.
Since graduating, he has been on the Global Relations and Community Engagement (GRACE) team at Y-USA as the Manager of World Service, stewarding and promoting the annual campaign to raise awareness of and support for Ys around the world, addressing both their immediate needs and long-term sustainability. Han has over 6+ years of nonprofit experience, including as an Associate Board member of a local Chicago nonprofit, Project: VISION, and serves as a youth mentor and praise leader at his church. In addition, he holds a B.S. in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and was a part of Cohort 8 of Y-USA’s Emerging Global Leaders Institute.

Having seen dozens of programs each summer, Dan Weir is obsessed with a leader's influence at camp.
Dan founded Day Camp Community, a support structure for YMCA Day Camps. Known for taking on the challenges facing youth-serving organizations, he is also a Senior Consultant at Immersive1st. With a Master’s Degree specializing in youth development, Dan's work has been recognized for program and research excellence.

Scott Schimmel is the President and Chief Guide of The YouSchool, an organization committed to demystifying what it means to build a meaningful life. He also serves as faculty for transitioning veterans from the special forces. Scott's a frequent speaker, writer, curriculum designer and consultant, and has spent 25 years studying human flourishing in young adults.
