Foster Care Bridge
Short-term child care support for families caring for young children in foster care
WHO WE SUPPORT
Foster Care Bridge supports caregivers of children ages 0–12 who are involved in the foster care system in San Diego County. This includes kinship and resource families who need immediate child care support while long-term child care plans are being established.
The program also supports child care providers by offering trauma-informed training to better meet the needs of young children who have experienced abuse, neglect, or other adverse childhood experiences.
