WHO WE SUPPORT
The Independent Living Skills (ILS) program supports current and former foster and probation youth ages 16–21 as they transition from foster care and probation to independent living. Young people are referred to the program by their County Social Worker or Probation Officer.
Our approach is strengths-based and youth-centered, recognizing each young person’s goals, abilities, and lived experience while connecting them to resources that support long-term well-being.
