MEET GREG ERICKSON
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, MCGRATH FAMILY YMCA
Growing up, I was a YMCA kid. I took part in many Y programs and began to working for the Y while I was in college. I envisioned being a schoolteacher, but the diversity of services and the impact of the YMCA really drew me in.
Today, I show up for the unique communities we serve by being a good listener and adapting to their various needs. The feeling of satisfaction I get from making a positive impact on my community every day is priceless.
Our staff team intentionally creates a family environment at our Y by getting to know the names of our members and building connections with them.
We are so much more than just a gym, and you can feel it when you are at this Y. We look for opportunities to support our members in achieving their goals and form connections with others in their community.
