Schools and Teachers,

Thank you for choosing the Y for your students’ outdoor education experience! We look forward to meeting you and your students!

As a premier outdoor education provider, we strive to create engaging and educational experiences for students. Our team of trained and experienced educators and outdoor enthusiasts are passionate about connecting students with nature and promoting hands-on learning.

FORMS FOR TEACHERS

  • Teacher Planning Guide
    • A YMCA Camp Coordinators will reach out to your school contact a month before your trip with cabin list and school notes. The completed assigned cabin list and any other required documents must be returned to the Y one week before arrival to camp.
  • Health Screening
    • We ask that schools make sure all students that come to camp arrive healthy and ready for the week.
  • Support Plan for Students with Special Needs
    • For students that may need more support at camp, please contact the Outdoor Education Director to discuss plan. Schools also have the option to send one-on-one aid to help support their students, so that everyone has the best time at camp!
