As the Associate Executive Director of Mental and Behavioral Health, play a key leadership role in overseeing program development, assisting in clinical operations and being a part of strategic initiatives aimed at improving mental health services. collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and evidence-based practices across programs. This role also involves managing budgets, supervising staff, fostering community partnerships, and driving innovation to meet the evolving needs of individuals and families affected by mental and behavioral health challenges.
