Our personal trainers use their extensive knowledge of current exercise research concepts, methods of sound exercise principles and state-of-the-art equipment to guide you to your fitness goals. YMCA trainers are accredited through the National Commission of Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or have a degree in exercise science (or a related field). Based on your health and individual needs, our personal trainers will customize and implement a program to help you achieve your goals.

Members can purchase packages online — Click here to find packages by logging into your My Y account, select your branch and click "Personal Training Punch Pass" from the options. You may also purchase in-person by visiting us at the branch! Once you've purchased a package, a branch fitness coach will contact you to discuss your goals and connect you with a trainer.

Pilates Reformer Training

Pilates Reformer training is one-on-one training with a certified Pilates instructor. You will work on your specific needs incorporating strength, balance and flexibility.
