ABOUT

When I was moving through my own journey in therapy, I found Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT) allowed me to make choices aligned with my values, manage the discomfort that was running my life and plan for a future I would thrive in.

I utilize ACT as my primary modality for that reason. I have mixed ACT with my awareness of how systems impact us as individuals, dialectical behavioral therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy to create a unique approach. As a therapist, I bring professional knowledge with the lived expertise to help clients find themselves, find their path and find new hope.
