WHO WE SUPPORT
We serve children, individuals, couples, and families of all ages who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, family conflict, or difficulty adjusting to change.
We support clients who are seeking individualized therapy to process emotions, strengthen relationships, build coping skills, improve emotional well-being, and work toward healing, stability, and personal growth in a safe and welcoming space.
What We Offer
We provide individualized therapy for individuals, couples, and families through culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. Our team offers in-person and telehealth sessions, with self-pay, select insurance, and sliding scale options available. We focus on helping clients build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward meaningful growth.

I approach my work through a social justice lens, focusing on building strong, meaningful relationships as the foundation for growth and healing. I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ communities, including transition-age youth, and those navigating complex life experiences. I take a holistic approach, using tools like Motivational Interviewing, DBT, CBT, harm reduction, and restorative justice to meet people where they are and support what matters most to them.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We believe quality mental health care should be accessible to our community. We offer several payment options, including self-pay at $150 for a 50-minute session, select insurance plans, and a sliding scale when available. We’re happy to review fees and help you find the best option during your initial call.
