Tami has been with YMCA Overnight Camps since 2000, when she attended Raintree Ranch for the first time as a "filly", or first year camper! She returned every year not only for the horses, but for the warm community that Raintree provides. She began working as a wrangler in 2009 and has worked at Raintree in various different roles such as counselor, Pegasus Teen Leadership Program coordinator, and Head Wrangler. By spending so much time in Raintree's horse program, she's been able to create and maintain a non-intimidating equestrian environment led with kindness, patience, and respect. She is passionate about making Raintree a special and inviting place and strives to make each camper feel celebrated and at home while they are at camp."
