With our current public health crisis and the need for physical distancing, the YMCA of San Diego County's Youth & Family Services department has created new opportunities to experience the benefits of connecting with qualified mental health counselors through teletherapy.
Physical distancing is impacting our innate need to feel connected to others and increasing our anxiety, feelings of stress, and feelings of loss. Our therapists are here to help you and your family focus on mental health and wellness during this time.

Pricing
Fees are assessed on a sliding scale depending on the client’s ability to pay or dependent on eligibility criteria for free services.
We work with families to identify an affordable payment plan.
