Transitional Housing

Our apartments for young people in and transitioning out of foster care offer more than just a place to live, they offer a supportive community. With caring on-site staff, residents have access to employment resources, life skills coaching, financial literacy training, and opportunities to build confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging.

INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS

Independent Living Skills supports current and former foster youth, as well as probation youth, as they prepare for adulthood. Through personalized guidance and supportive relationships, young people build practical skills related to employment, education, finances, housing, and everyday life.

PERMANENT CONNECTIONS

Everyone deserves people in their corner. Permanent Connections helps current and former foster youth, as well as probation youth, strengthen relationships with family members, relatives, and caring adults who celebrate their successes, support their goals, and support their journey into adulthood.

Mental Health Services

Mental well-being is important, and children, youth, and families deserve support that honors their experiences. Our therapists recognize individual strengths, provide a safe space to be heard, and work alongside clients to navigate challenges in ways that feel right for them.

Kinship Support SERVICES

Caring for a relative’s child is a unique journey. Through personalized case management, respite care, and support groups, we offer kinship caregivers tools and connections that strengthen stability and provide resources for creating a nurturing home environment.

Foster Care Bridge

Becoming a caregiver often comes with unexpected costs. We can help cover child care expenses, allowing caregivers to focus on what truly matters — offering a stable, caring home where a child can heal, grow, and thrive.

transforming the child welfare system, together

family together

Meaningful change happens when communities come together. Through partnerships with families, young people, community organizations, businesses, and public agencies, we’re working to strengthen support systems, remove barriers, and create opportunities for children and families to thrive.

Together, we’re shaping a child welfare system that listens to youth and families, recognizes their strengths, and responds to their needs.
