OPENING IN AUGUST 2026!
Rancho Family YMCA Preschool
Construction is underway for the new preschool at Rancho Family YMCA. We expect to open mid-2026, and we look forward to enrolling children soon!
The Y is the largest and oldest provider of youth development services in San Diego County, with a long history of providing a real, positive impact in the lives of children. We are dedicated to strengthening families as a community resource that nurtures the potential in children.
The Rancho Family YMCA preschool program will support the growth and success of children cognitively, physically, emotionally and socially. Using developmentally appropriate materials, curriculum and activities in a play based environment, your child will be supported in learning social skills, Kindergarten readiness skills and engage in physical activities.
All of these activities help children learn helpfulness and kindness as an introduction to the four core values of the YMCA: caring, responsibility, respect and honesty.
Our programs are licensed by the state of California. Our excellent staff are background cleared through the Department of Justice and trained in CPR, First Aid and Child Abuse Prevention to ensure the safety of your child.
CHOOSE THE Y FOR PRESCHOOL!
Parenting comes with tough choices, but choosing the Y for your child’s early education is easy. Our licensed preschool will offer nurturing full- and part-time care, designed to support children’s developmental stages. With experienced staff and thoughtfully crafted programs, children will build confidence, independence and a love for learning.
