Love Your Heart

Blood Pressure Screenings • February 14 • 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Get your blood pressure checked and see how the Y can help you lower and maintain healthy numbers! Love Your Heart is a one-day, annual event in which organizations from across the U.S. and Mexico join together to provide FREE blood pressure screenings to the public on Valentine’s Day. Last year’s Love Your Heart event helped over 50,000 people get to know their blood pressure numbers and take charge of their heart health!

Support a Cause • March 7 • 2:30-4:30 pm

Join our Swim Team to help raise money for a variety of helpful services. The Annual Campaign raises funds to ensure that no one is denied services or programs, such as aquatics, due to financial ability. During this fundraiser, swimmers earn funds by swimming laps in the pool. Swimmers will have two hours to complete their goal laps. Our goal is to raise $5,000 to provide a full year of swim team to 10 or more swimmers. Donors can give the funds in one of two ways:

  • Pledge Form: Give a donation per length. For example - if you give $5 per length and the swimmer swims 80 lengths, that would be $400
  • Flat Rate Donation: Can be placed onto the pledge form or to the swim team fundraising link. You can also bring a check made out to Rancho Family YMCA
