APRIL 1 - 30

If you've been thinking about hiring a personal trainer, April is a great month to get started! Through the month of April, you can get 5 one-on-one sessions for $249 or 10 for $479! That's up to $71 in savings!

Our personal trainers use their extensive knowledge of current exercise research concepts, methods of sound exercise principles and state-of-the-art equipment to guide you to your fitness goals. YMCA trainers are accredited through the National Commission of Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or have a degree in exercise science (or a related field). Based on your health and individual needs, our personal trainers will customize and implement a program to help you achieve your goals.

Find your package online here! Filter for Copley-Price Family YMCA and look for "Personal Training Special" or visit us at the branch! After purchasing, a wellness leader will then contact you to discuss your goals and connect you with a trainer.

Led by certified aquatic personal trainers, this class is designed for those who are planning to or have undergone knee or hip replacement surgery. Prepare your body or continue to improve strength and mobility in this engaging class. Class will take place on the following dates and times:

One in three American adults has high blood pressure, which puts them at risk for stroke and heart disease, two of the leading causes of death in the United States. In response to this critical health issue, YMCA’s Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring program offers personalized support while participants develop the habit of monitoring their blood pressure. Research shows that the process of recording blood pressure at least twice a month over a period of four months can lower blood pressure in many people with high blood pressure. Free to participate. Learn more about the program.

Join a team of like-minded individuals for a motivating and enjoyable way to add an extra element to your workouts! Team trainings can have different areas of focus — yoga, boxing, muay thai, running, water fitness and more. This is a perfect option for groups of 3-8 people who would like to work out on a consistent day and time with their awesome trainer!
