Y CLUB: EXPANDED LEARNING OPPORTUNITY PROGRAM – SAN PASQUAL UNION SCHOOL

Welcome to Y CLUB, the Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA's Before and After School Program serving students from TK to Grade 8 in partnership with San Pasqual Union School District in Escondido.

Y Club is a way to ensure your child is in a safe, fun, and caring environment before and/or after school. Each day includes new curriculum or activity to help participants learn, build life skills, and develop healthy relationships — including healthy snacks, sports and games, art and music, tutoring and more!

Registration Information

REGISTRATION IS OPEN

Y Club is offered through San Pasqual Union’s Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P) and is free for students who are eligible for free or reduced-price meals, homeless youth, and for students in foster care. These eligible students and families will be notified for participation in program at no cost.

The YMCA will also offer Y Club to all other students and families based on a sliding scale tuition that considers family income and ability to pay. Apply for a Scholarship online here to access the application for reduced fees. Program Scholarships are available to those that qualify.

HOW TO REGISTER

All registrations for San Pasqual ELOP will need a Prerequisite placed on their account in order to register for the program. This ensures that all registrations are approved and meet ELOP requirements/eligibility and manage our daily capacity. How to Apply to Y Club Before and After School Program

Enrollment and Participation Information

Register online to secure your spot in Y Club! Registration fee of $50 will be collected. Once your registration fee is collected, you will fill out an enrollment packet where you will: provide your child(s) information, sign up for specific program options (5 day/3 day/1 day), and review and sign Y Club admissions agreement. If you are registering more than one child, please register them individually. Please allow three (3) business days to enroll your child(ren) and contact you to schedule monthly payments.

Monthly Fees for Y Club at San Pasqual Union

Enrollment & Participation Information

Fees have been calculated based upon an annualized rate of the total number of program days and divided into 11 equal monthly payments regardless of the number of school days per month of service. Fees cover all minimum days.

• Registration opens Monday, August 1, 2022
• Registration fee is $50 per child.
• Full-time is considered 5 days per week.
• Part-time is considered 3 days per week, 1 day (minimum day only).

Registration Details

This program is available only for students from San Pasqual Union Elementary in TK/Kindergarten to Grade 8.

Registration Fee is $50 per child

Please allow 3 business days for paperwork and tuition fees to be processed before child care services may begin.

All fees are due in advance of the month of service. Fees are paid by credit card on the 15th or by ATS (bank draft) on the 10th. ATS are deducted monthly from your checking account.

If balances are not paid on time, your child may not participate in the program.
