We offer a wide array of sports and fitness programs so participants of all ages can be physically active and make new friends in a fun, friendly, and encouraging environment.

Our programs are a great place for kids to develop the healthy habits and positive teamwork skills that are the foundation for a long and happy life. Whether they're strengthening their self-confidence through martial arts, discovering the beauty and discipline of dance for the first time, or learning how to effectively communicate with their new friends and teammates on the basketball court, these programs give children the chance to grow in a safe, nurturing setting under the guidance of an encouraging mentor.

Adults can also find plenty of opportunities to stay active or learn a new skill! We offer personal training, group exercise, adult swim lessons, competitive sports leagues, and many more activities that can help strengthen your body and mind.

Martial Arts

Martial arts is a great way to get fit and build confidence!

Building off of traditional judo, karate, taekwondo, aikido, or kung fu training, our martial arts programs focus on character development, physical conditioning, self-discipline, pure fighting skills and friendly competition.

Depending on the age and skill level of the class, certain aspects may be emphasized more than others — but every class provides an opportunity to master both the body and mind using these tried and true techniques.
