YMCA DIGITAL ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS

The YMCA of San Diego County's digital enrichment programming enables students to realize their potential in a variety of settings beyond the classroom. During the course of the program, students will have the opportunity to increase their knowledge of concepts introduced in the classroom through projects and team-building exercises. Students will use their imagination and creativity while relying upon their growing knowledge of math and technology. 

ENRICHMENT PROGRAMS AT DAN MCKINNEY FAMILY YMCA

Dan McKinney Family YMCA is proud to provide enrichment classes that expand your child's imagination within the world of STEAM. Through classes like LEGO Computer Science and STEAM Enrichment, students are able to expand their knowledge beyond what is being taught in textbooks. We encourage students to learn through different methods as they enjoy engaging projects and activities.

Program Times

Enrichment staff will meet students attending Torrey Pines Elementary School at school dismissal at 3:00pm (12:30pm on Wednesdays) and will walk to the Dan McKinney Family YMCA.  

Please note: Students who do not attend TPES, should meet at 3:30pm (1:00pm on Wednesdays) at the Dan McKinney Family YMCA.

Specialty Enrichment Classes

Specialty enrichment classes are offered Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30-5:00 pm.
