Whether you're a soccer fanatic, a first-time player, or have a kid who's looking to learn, the YMCA has the soccer program you're looking for! Our branches offer practice and recreational scrimmages for kids to learn teamwork and basic skills (where every child gets a chance to play), as well as clinics to work on technique with drills and excellent coaching, and competitive leagues for advanced youngsters and adults.

Batter up! At the YMCA, everyone get's a chance to learn and play! This program will introduce T-ball to young children, allowing them to learn the basic skills of baseball in a positive and fun atmosphere with experienced and encouraging coaches. Most importantly, kids will be learning sportsmanship, teamwork, and making friends while they have a blast playing baseball!

This program offers the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of the sport in a supportive environment that emphasizes skill development, teamwork and physical fitness.Our coaches will teach the necessary skills required to begin playing competitive high school water polo, including passing, dribbling, shooting, treading water, head-up swimming, basic rules and conditioning.

Our exciting cheer program, part of our Gymnastics program is open to all boys and girls who love to dance, cheer and perform. Within this program, children learn various tumbling, basic stunts and dance and cheer combinations as preparation for high school team auditions. Slow pitch softball is a great way to have fun with friends old and new while getting fresh air and exercise. At the YMCA, our branches often run leagues year-round! Rediscover dodgeball! This classic playground game is making a comeback and it is a blast. The YMCA offers exciting dodgeball tournaments for adults (seriously!) and high-paced classes and tournaments for kids that work on agility, balance, movement, and hand-eye coordination. Which is all great and fun, but we know why people love it - there's nothing quite like dodging and diving like your life depended on it, then throwing that perfect spiral and watching your friend get hit square in the chest with a big bouncy rubber ball.
