Dancing is a fun and creative workout experience that’s fun for all ages! Dancing is a wonderful and creative exercise and art that builds strength, balance, and agility. It’s good for the heart and makes you stronger while improving balance and coordination. The Y is a great place where you or your child can work toward a balanced mind, body, and spirit by learning a new skill and hobby while fostering connections with friends, family and instructors.
Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, and encouraging environment to build confidence and make new friends, and we can do that through dance.
Depending on the age and skill level, the YMCA offers private, semi-private, and group dance programs.
Dance classes at the Y are offered for adults, families, parent/child, preschool and youth. Choose a class and start dancing!
