For more than 30 years, Healthy Kids Day has been where fun and play become lifelong memories. YMCAs across the county will celebrate Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, April 29. The event is free and open to the public, some registration may be required depending on location. The celebration is part of the Y's national initiative to promote active minds and healthy bodies. We stand with families in their efforts to teach healthy habits and keep kids active and learning, preparing them for a brighter future. Healthy Kids Day celebrates kids’ mental and physical health, encouraging active play and inspiring a lifetime love of physical activity. Stop by the Y and enjoy activities that celebrate kids being kids!

and sign up to become a member with no join fee using code "HKD23". End a great week of healthy living at the Y with a day of positive youth development festivities for kids of all ages at Healthy Kids Day.
